All She Wanted, Aphrodite Jones (1996)
While this isn’t technically an artistic interpretation, this book has all the stylistic trappings of the scandalous true-crime paperback. Nonetheless, Jones does provide detailed information about the case–especially the lives of DeVine, Lambert, Lotter, Nissen, and Teena–that often gets left out of more academic accounts.
